Help.

The words of my prayers are few.  Sometimes you reach a point where you just don't know what else to say.

When the righteous cry for help,

the LORD hears and delivers them 

out of their troubles.

Psalm 34:17

Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; 

you will cry for help, and he will say: 

"Here am I". 

Isaiah 58:9

God doesn't need long, elaborate, eloquent prayers. He simply hears our cry and helps.
